New to the board.  Relatively new to kayaking and kayak fishing.  Started crabbing this past winter and have about 10 trips under my belt.  All at either Muir Beach or Doran Beach with the exception of one attempt a couple weekends ago at Van Damme in Mendo.  No luck there!  I've done really well at both Muir and Doran.  I have been ab diving for 8 years, love all types of fishing, and need more water time.  Would love to get into targeting halibut and salmon.  I'm going to start doing some homework in the forums, unless anyone has some quick links on salmon or halibut info?  Thanks much

Welcome Dan.  Quick links?  Look to the far left and scroll... "Articles."  Good reading there.

Welcome!   I'm also pretty new here, new to kayaking but not new to Alameda.  Let's hit the rockwall!
