Hey guys. I live down south and mostly fish the eastern sierra but my gf is working in Mineral, Ca. I've been fishing lake almanor when I'm out there but I want to hit up the Sacramento for stripers. Any suggestions for launch sites near Redding or Red Bluff. Good spots to throw some lures? Thanks!

No stripers up here in the Redding area, about as far north as I have heard of them would be around Chico, maybe a few make it to Red Bluff...shad should be on your radar right now, anywhere from Red Bluff down to Los Molinos should be producing.  The Redding stretch is always a winner for nice rainbows though.
