Hi guys, i'm letting my '90 go. would love to see it stay in the NCKA fam.

Here is the posting, would give a NCKA discount.

http://sfbay.craigslist.org/sfc/cto/5016000385.html

The truck photographs well, but is covered in small scratches. It runs like a champ though, and with 186,000 will probably like other toyotas of this era.

Less than 200k for a 90's?  You don't use it much do you?  :smt003

4K seems steep.  Here is one for 3K: http://sfbay.craigslist.org/sby/cto/4983792882.html

Not an extended cab, more miles, no nice lumber rack so 4k compared to 3k is pretty close to same value.

Thanks Charles!

I did say I would give an NCKA discount.... and felt that 4k was a fair asking price for the extended cab "low" mileage truck.

Sailfish - the longest run it has gotten is up to GS8  :smt004, but other than that it is my landscaping truck for around San Francisco, so it does get driven 6 or 7 days a week, but on average not very far.

Hojoman - A deal on a 2001 with 116k on it came up, and i jumped on it. It feels good to drive a newer truck, and it makes my wife much happier to be in a truck with A/c .

thanks for looking everyone

aloha,

Isao

True, not the same exact style.  Did you have the timing, headgaskets or any other major service done?  There is a lot of recommended maintenance for this age of a vehicle.  Tires look a bit worn too.

I got the truck about 15k miles ago, from the original owner who had 0 paperwork for the vehicle. Since then I have replaced the high pressure hose for the clutch and done regular oil changes. The mechanic I take it to said that it is very drivable for now, and that major service was not needed at the moment.

2 out of 4 tires are worn, 2 are in good shape.

Keep the questions coming Al! Its good for me to go over the truck like that.

Aloha,

Isao
