Made this from stuff laying around the shop.
Duffel bag shoulder strap, a few strap cinches, one strap clip,a Delrin loop, an extra release I had and a needle and thread ( OK, industrial sewing machine).
Helps me get used to pulling with my back muscles since noting is attached to the wrist, forearm or hand.

I think that is awesome. My 72 year old dad is having troubles pulling his back. I wonder if this will help.

I saw a Rip Shot and some guy on Archery Talk did a DIY version so I thought why not make one on my own?
I had a shoulder strap from a duffel bag and some poly pro straps.

It really does work well.
