I have an almost new hobie sail kit.  Used one time to try it out and never made in the water again.  Sailing is not for me but I can imagine it is for someone out there.  Great chance to buy something brand new condition for $100 off! $250/firm.

Any pics of the sail and how to mount?

It's a Hobie sail kit.  Hobie Mirage yaks have a mast receptacle directly behind the front hatch.  There's really nothing to install except maybe an optional cleat for the line and a furler if you want one.
