Here is a pic of my signature pic missing, which is in the gallery.  Seen this happen a few times recently, but then it's back again right after.

The gallery is likely on it's last legs.  I don't really maintain it, but have it there for historical reasons.  I wouldn't rely on it for anything.

I don't think so, and I've never seen anything like that.  What always helps is that if you see a page like that, to do a screen shot, like you've done, but to also view the source, save it, and send it to me, so I can check if that is what the code is rendering, or if something else is going on.  9 times out of 10, it's on the user's end, something corrupted on their side, but every now and then a real site issue is identified.  And in those cases, obviously I have an interest in figuring out the issue and solving it.

Depends on the OS and browser.  But on Windows with Chrome, right click and select "View Page Source".  If on another system, it is similar.
