Most the voice response units (VRU) have an automated message that tells the caller they will be recorded. I have seen some call centers have a problem with turning off the recording tools when a person opts out. Did BSP not have any of this in place?

Here's my class action story...

A while back, I got a letter saying that I was part of a class action against Bank of America, due to refinancing a mortgage during some specific window of time. It seems there was some trivial document that they were supposed to return within 2 days, but they routinely returned it on the 3rd day. People like me were going to get about $10, while a couple of people who supposedly initiated the suit got about $1000 each. The lawyers got $3M.
I don't like stuff that sucks.

Lawyers get paid........ Class action at it's best....

And then the company raises prices fees to recoup loss, therefore we all pay in the long run.
