what is the deal for people who want to show up without camping?
can we bring kayaks and what are the hours. I want to come but won't be able till after 1 PM on Saturday
I am helping with Vallejo Rotary for fishing in the city program for kids to learn how to fish till noon.
Is there enough parking? fees? inspection fee?

YEs by all means come out. You can fish for 2 hours and still enter a bass. It only takes one to win! Parking is $5 no inspections. Just launch at the boat house and paddle over, or just walk in. Music and food goes till 3 so you will have plenty of time to hang out. A bunch of us are camping Friday night so you can hang out into the evening. The park closes at 8PM.
