Nepal Earthquake

This one hit close to home for me as mom and dad are in Kathmandu on vacation.  Finally got word from them that they are alright, and are getting evacuate tonight.  Phew!

We lost a friend and a few acquaintances. It's another sad day for a country plagued with catastrophe.

If anyone wants to contribute more directly than through large NGOs, we have contacts in the affected area who run a non-profit orphanage and hospital. I would be happy to get contact info it there is any interest.
