I just started getting interested in kayak fishing.  Would like to be informed as much as possible before buying anything.

Welcome! I'm just a couple weeks ahead of you in joining and just got a yak off CL. BigJim on this board posted about rental fleets being sold in Santa Cruz or Moss Landing- that would have been my next stop. Good luck, hope to see you out there man!
