Hey All,

Well, a three-day weekend is upon us.  I'm planning on fishing a day of it... not sure which...

Here's the plan:

Tides, weather, and wind look good for all three days.  I'm thinking of trolling out to the Pumphouse (or as close as I can comfortably get), anchoring (to try out the new rig), bait fishing with some grass shrimp for awhile, and then trolling around a bit on the way back.  I figure four or five hours on the water... or if we're reeling in HAWGS, it'll be an all-day thing.  I caught two keepers last weekend in the same general area.

Takers?

It's supposed to rain on Saturday and Monday.  If Sunday looks okay maybe I can persuade Sudmucker to go.  It sounds good to me.

Uhh, my three day has just suddenly been reduced to a two day.  Now, it's fishing on Friday or Sunday... Discovery Museum with the wife and girls on Saturday.  I'll be checking the weather and winds...

From the sound of things (according to the weather man) this weekend isn't going to be nice at all.

Sure hope he's wrong as usual!  :smt013

Hey All,

My three day weekend has just become a Sunday weekend.  I'll either be fishing the SP Bay as planned, or if the weather's up, there's a possible bunch going to Lake Mendocino.  Makes no diff to me... same drive time each way.

I am going to keep my butt dry this weekend and go pig hunting instead of fishing. :smt006 Good Luck!

Sunday, conditions on SP Bay... mostly sunny, winds 3-5 knots, no rain.

I'm doing this.
