Planning a 3-day trip to Tomales/San Fran to target halibut, leopard shark, and stripers at the end of July to target a weak tidal exchange. I'm feeling pretty good about areas to target the first two but having a tough time finding intel on places for resident stripers that time of year.

There is a lot of chatter about stripers at the brickyard and quarry during the fall and spring but not much talk about targeting stripers there in the summer. Are their stripers in the bay during the summer or should I look upstream to the delta?

Thanks!

Schoolies are there by July, later the better, but they are there.
