2015 JAOTY/JDOTY prizes

So I wanted to let everyone know some of that we are getting for the kids for this years JAOTY/JDOTY.

So this weekend I reached out to our very own LoletaEric and he was awesome enough to donate a guided trip out of Shelter Cove for a parent and kid. This is a prize valued at $300 and if you know Eric you know it will be an amazing trip. Thank you Eric for your support and generosity.

While at CrabFest I ran into Eric Kai and he was kind enough to donate two crab traps to the kids. Thank you Eric for your support and I know a couple lucky kids will pull some tasty bugs up with the traps.


MrMatt has also been reaching out to Nick The Informative Fisherman who has donated a bunch of soft plastic that we will be using to make grab bags for all the kids entered in JAOTY/JDOTY. Big thank you to Matt & Nick I appreciate your support.

At this point every kids will be getting a little something for just participating in the JAOTY/JDOTY. So parents don't just register them get a fishing rod or speargun in their hand. Can't wait to give all this cool stuff away.

I also have a Adventure Technology Paddle that was donated by RacingRob that will be perfect for any kids. These paddles are so light kids won't even notice their holding it. Thank you Rob for donating to the JAOTY & JDOTY.

Very excited! Thank you to everyone who is doing this!!! My kid is signed up for both JAOTY and JDOTY, and is litterally depressed because he does not have anything on the board yet! LOL!!! Great thing this group is doing!

I haven't told Emma she's in 2nd place yet. She'll probably demand to go fishing asap .

Looks like he already took care of it.  Thanks Jim and James.  I think this will soon become one of the highlights of NCKA with our kids out there growing up way too fast and becoming the new breed.
