I just received an NRS Extreme Releif dry suite and the neck cuff is so tight that the veins are popping out in my forehead.  Is this normal? I think I'll just return it.

Normal.  You'll see LOTS of posts on here regarding ways to stretch the neck & wrist cuffs.  Don't want to stretch it to the point it is loose ... it does need to form a seal.  The neck on mine is snug.  One of my wrist cuffs is way too snug.  Need to stretch one out a little more than the other I guess.
