pretty cool-wonder why most charter boats are not required/want to carry a descender ?Seems a few fish would be saved that way

Never fished rockfish from a party boat, but when I see them out on the Marin coastline they seem to be fishing shallow water. Might have something to do with it.

I assume they also have a decent idea of which areas tend to be loaded with canary RF.

I murdered a 5lb largemouth a few weeks ago because of this. I didn't have anything to pop his bladder. He wouldn't descend and was swimming sideways. Tasted great though.
