My diving skills are not that great but I use an Oceanic Geo and love it. it does have the surface interval time. its an older one, but works great.

I had to look up Bourdon type pressure gauge.  What a cool thing.  Works under the same principal as a party horn, those horns that unroll when you blow them.  There were (are) some brilliant humans in the world.  I've been diving on and off all my life and didn't know how pressure gauges worked........d'oh.
