So I take it when you guys bleed the fish, you guys move to a different spot in order to not attract sharks.. correct?
I don't move anywhere.  The only time I really thought about sharks being a problem was when I had to tow a large thresher shark back to the launch.  It was too big for two of us to hoist on top of my kayak, so I had to tow it and since I was moving at a snail's pace (maybe 0.5mph) and there had been recent white shark sightings in the area, I chose not to bleed the shark and instead put it into a "sedated" state by towing it backwards.

Depends on the fish.
Salmon, bleed immediately, drag in water.
Rockfish, drag in water, bleed right before exiting the water.
If there are a lot of furbags around I use a wet burlap sac over the fish in the tankwell.
I periodically drop them in the water then toss them back in the well.

Coffee roasters
That's where piski gets his, and he's probably given away more burlap bags than anyone on the site.

I just saw them last night sold at Tractor Supply.  Sometimes craft stores like Michaels or Hobby Lobby carries them as well.  I think I might have even seen them at an OSH before.

We ask for onion sacks at grocery stores, super strong and lightweight,FREE!
Throw seaweed over the bag to protect from sunlight and heat.
Multi day or overnight trip, use an ice chest at camp. Just a tip...
