Getting a little love from the rain gods. Won't do much but make some weeds grow but I took a walk and felt like that scene from Shawshank where he gets outside the gates and let's the rain soak in.

Hope its pouring on the king fire too.

We're getting a decent soaking up here in Chester as well.  It should cool down the surface temps in Almanor and really get the trout on the chew.

What's just as exciting though, is that it should kick off the fall mushroom season up here  :smt007.

We got some decent rain in the Ukiah area yesterday afternoon and in the evening - unfortunately it also brought an Oak tree limb down at work, right on a colleague's car!
