Hi there! Looking into buying a kayak soon so wanted to see what this forum is all about. I've been using a friend's kayak and totally loved it.

Planning on going out to the Delta for some striper fishing. Can't wait to have my own kayak!

Let me know next time you head out on your friend's yak or when you get your own.  We'll meet up and hit the water!

I'm planning on hitting the Stockton delta possibly this Friday or on weekend...you're more than welcome to join us.

Thanks for the invite but my friend's yak isn't fully configured to fish off of yet. We've been using it to paddle to campsites and such.

We were thinking about taking it out to the Delta to try fishing whenever he's ready. Any suggestions on where to fish in the Delta on the Tracy side? We are both somewhat noobs so want a part of the Delta that has very little to no boat traffic.

We'll hit you up once we get more comfortable with the yaks.
