I bought this kayak and all its accessories two months ago and spent over $2000.  I took it out 3 times, and i just pulled the trigger and bought a brand new boat and want to sell this quick to buy a fish/finder gps.  $950/firm. Includes the following:

tan trident 13 ocean kayak (taken out 3 times)
brand new $200 west marine tall seat
cannon rod holders
brand new humminbird gps/fish finder with brand new battery.  Just installed lat week.
rocket launcher vertical rod holders
fiber glass gaff
cart for transporting on foot
$130 carbon fiber paddle

Lol , I like the Lowrance, but the humminbird thru hull scupper mount on this model is so simple and easy.

I put a humminbird piranamax 176i gps/fishfinder with the humminbird thru hull scupper mount.

oh not exactly sure We like the Lowrance hsd-7 but theres also some Simrad's that have good reviews.

I help out as a 'Pro-Staff'er for Lowrance, Simrad & B&G in this area in case you have any questions.  The HDS by Lowrance or the new Simrad EVO2 series are both good units to take a look at.  If I remember correctly, the new Evo2 by Simrad has the CHIRP built-in.  I would well imagine the next generation of HDS will too but, for now, the HDS CHIRP is a separate module.

The Kayak is great, thank you

I'm taking it out for the first time on Thursday, the 4th

I would like to get a better cart or wheels for the kayak. What do you guys suggest.

Also what about a good fishing PFD?

Wheeleze is the best cart you can buy. $200 or so.

PFD's... try them on and whatever works. I like my NRS Chinook.
