Hey all,

Just wanted to introduce myself. Very much so a kayak angler newbie, but have been both kayaking and fishing most of my life (mostly freshwater since I'm from the midwest). I'm pretty excited about the load of knowledge you all have on the website and look forward to gaining some experience through it in the future.

Mitch

Another former midwesterner here. I grew up fishing Iowa farm ponds, including the one in my back yard.

We are what we pretend to be, so we must be careful about what we pretend to be.

I want to stay as close to the edge as I can without going over. Out on the edge you see all kinds of things you can't see from the center.

People aren’t supposed to look back. I’m certainly not going to do it anymore.”
