No pool noodle was attached.  That's why it was on the bottom.   

It doesn't look like it's Calypso's either.  Bummer.   

I'll have to snag a pic of it.  But it's like a spike you drive in the ground and attach a one of those large swooping flags to it that product sponsors use.
