It looks like he was cited, which means he will need to appear in court. I do not think he is in the clear. Let's hope DFG helps to hang him high during his court appearance.
1st Place in a private tournament I did not invite anyone else to be in. (and I barely squeaked out a victory)

Cited for a misdemeanor, but the DA can charge him different if the circumstances warrant...

To whom do we send the letter to tell them to hang this guy?
If it's this out of hand some serious messages need to be sent to deter this flagrant behavior.
And I'm not talking about nailing a guy who has a legal limit with one crab 1/16th of an inch short where you can see where the end of the crab got chipped in transport somehow.
Guys like this who do it to this extreme should have very large fines and need to do some hard jail time...PERIOD!
