2 lings both about 26", threw them back for further ripening. Various rockfish and one freaky mystery fish that absolutely smoked my line then took my ammo.   Wind and showers came in pretty early, only had a few hours out before calling it quits. Kept this 24" red for dinner.

Yeah, the water looked pretty stirred up. Seemed like an easy launch and land though.

I was there till about 11:30ish. Were you the guy in the yak on the outside of the kelp to the south?

next time we'll hook up.  i would've called but i wasn't going to guarantee me getting up @ 7 a.m.

".. i thought you would've been further south if you were there."

I saw rain heading in on the radar this morning and a chance of a Tstorm (??!?!) in the forecast, so I decided to kinda hang close to homebase.

Once while in a store with my wife and a couple of friends I picked out what I thought was a slammin pair of flip flops and then continued walking around the store shopping. One of my friends apparently spotted me walking around with these shoes and quickly ran over to tell my wife. She casually walks up and tells me "I know you're secure in your manhood and all but you might want to think about picking out another pair those slaps". Turns out those flip flops were bright purple and my friend was completely unaware that I'm colorblind.
