Soak a cedar plank in warm water for 4 hrs.
Marnate in rub attached (not really needed)
Grill for 10-20mins! 

Add Soy sauce, a bit of Mayo and a splash of lemon.

I used the recipe last night and the wife and I could not believe how much the salmon picked up the smoke from the cedar. It was delicious.

We also learned to not cook asparagus in this manner. It really turns bitter from the smoke.

Thanks for the offer!!!   I found some Cedar flooring scraps from my closet project and that worked fine. 

I also just tried the rub recipe and it was delicious.  I would go easy on the Paprika though.   Yum!!!
