I would love to see DFG spend some time at Ocean Cove.  Every time I went there last season I saw a boat full of the same eastern europeans taking MASSIVE numbers of small rock fish, and undersized lings.

When another kayak angler called them on it they pulled the whole "we don't speak english" deal...I left before fish and game responed, I do know the other kayaker went into the store and made the call.
