Tahoe Macs?

Anyone interested in heading up this weekend for some tahoe mac fishing?

 Leave early sat morning and get a hotel/motel for the night. Fishing sounds like it is picking up.

Sounds good but I am P!SSED at Tahoe right now. I got a hotel Friday night. Got up and went to Baldwin Beach around 10am Saturday.
I had my kayak trailer with me and the gal at the kiosk said I couldn't go in because they do not allow towed vehicles. Then she said she might let me in if I paid double. She did suggest I go in, dump all my stuff, then park outside the kiosk and walk in. But it isn't like the kiosk is right next to the beach either.
I was so ticked I turned around and left. I had to go to the parking lot to turn around and it was all but empty. I could have pitched a tent with a trailer and a shade screen and there would have still been plenty of roon in that parking lot.
Ended up at Ice House on the way home instead.
If I settle down I might join ya. What day do you plan on fishing??? Saturday or Sunday?

I was thinking both days. Saturday and Sunday.

That would piss me off too!

What kind of launch are you going to be doing in Tahoe?  I've only done a surf launch once, and I have to say I failed  the almighty wave was GREATER than I  .

The launch is a lake launch. Ankle biters at worst. If it is any rougher than that one should not be on the lake because that means the wind would be super bad.
