Rio vista public ramp or by the ferry is a spot to launch a yak.  Viera's resort is small and fills up fast. I'll be out in the afternoon tomorrow to catch the evening incoming tide. I'll be in a PB. I'll take my yak out later in the week. I have friends going out in the morning in 3 different boats. We'll see what the morning opener will bring.

Wind is 15-20 out of the west. Not too choppy on the water on the main. Haven't heard a report of any chrome yet.

Only heard word of a small 8lbs salmon being caught near viera's. Must have been an early morning bite at the top of the tide. People have been marking plenty of fish. Surface temp is between 69-70. I'm gonna wait till the weekend to hit the water.

From talking to a few people a school pushed up river. North of Sac some guides had a good score in the morning on the incoming push. Heard of one chrome caught up in walnut grove. I'm going out Saturday morning with my buddy to catch the incoming tide.
