Looks like it works pretty well but removing the skin is the easiest part of cleaning a fish, in my opinion.  A good sharp knife pointed firmly downward does the trick.  The difficult part for me is, removing the fillet from the whole fish without leaving much meat on the carcass.

I can see it now.  110 outlets at the fish cleaning stations.  I like the combination of electricity and water.  Gives people an opportunity to put their CPR training to good use.

Well the thing is the little meat you save under the ribcage will burn before the fish is cooked. A person with a fillet knife can do it faster with practice. NOT FOR ME WASTE OF CASH.

What size one would you need to skin a really large fish.  Lawnmower size.  Can't see a need for one.

If they make one that I can just toss the whole fish in and it will fillet, remove skin and seal in food saver bag all at once then I would be in.

I used an electric fillet knife for a while, it was funny to see peoples reaction to it.
It made a perfect fillet in seconds and was battery operated.Fun at the campground cleaning station.
