OK, I know this is kinda random for this forum, but being as a lot of you are outdoorsy types :smt002, I thought I'd post this here. It is from one of the motorcycle forums that I frequent.

The Tarus is a ~5 hp, 2 stroke with a a 3-speed transmission and a centrifugal clutch.  It has a disc brake on the intermediate shaft instead of a brake on each wheel.  They claim 1.2 liters per hour fuel economy and a top speed of 37 mph.  The weight is estimated at 47 and 50 kilograms.  There is a 4 stroke coming.  Estimated cost is around $980 (USD) and plans for a DIY is $37.

That looks very cool, I'd like to see one in person before I bought one. They used to sell Tractors here from russia They were Bellarus. And the welds and workmanship was crude. So can you look at one, some place. And ask about parts availability as well. Those are the only drawbacks that I can see. Looks like fun and the cost is low.
