Just wanted to say hello. Just picked up my first kayak and couldn't be more excited about this weekends rockfish opener. I've already read some great info on this site and I look forward to more.

Thanks for the welcome guys. Can't wait to try a kayak in the ocean. Can't tell you how many times we've motored up to Fort Ross from Blodega,  (which on some days be quite a haul)   just to have a couple guys paddle out right next to us,lol. So, for the first time in years, we are leaving the motor boat at home. And I'm stoked!

Welcome Sandshred, glad you are here! I think that your enthusiasm will only grow one you get going. How will we know it is you?
