Traffic is crazy because of bottle rock concert!

Eh, its definitely congested downtown right in the vicinity of the Fairgrounds/Expo but the remainder of town is not terrible. If you're going to Berryessa or Hennessey, just avoid Highway 121/Silverado Trail in town and instead take 29 to the Trancas Street exit and then proceed as usual. Had planned on kayaking through downtown this afternoon and catching some of the music while casting for stripers but I didn't feel like dealing with the wind. Maybe Sunday though ...
