California City Salmon Question

I hear it's been slow so far but,.....what techiques and tackle do you guys use in pursuing salmon inside the bay?  Will salmon still be taking bait or are artificials better?  Looking forward to your reponses, and thank you in advance! 

Same techniques as the ocean both bait and lures,booth mooching and trolling

Yes...up to Carquinez Bridge I believe.
