Ocean Cove tomorrow?

What is the best site to use to predict conditions? I have to say I'm totally confused. Thinking about meeting two friends for a kayak dive tomorrow at Ocean Cove. Stormsurf shows a lot of RED 24 hours from now with little blue slices by the coast. Also pretty windy later? Is it going to be crap tomorrow or ok for the morning hours.

Looks like 2-4 feet with wind 17-12 kts. I guess we'll go see what it looks like.
