I've been going to my local Napa auto store and  has been noticing something on their display counter Called Q-bond glue. My hawg through cracked halfway in the middle and had been trying to fix it with epoxy and jb weld but no success. Or it could be the jb  weld I have has been sitting in my tool box for so long. Anyways, took the plunge and tried it today. A little pricey $14 for the kit. It consists of some type of powder and what seems like super glue that works as  a hardener. I poured some powder on the cracked part and dropped some hardener. Within seconds it was hard a a rock! Doesn't leave a smooth finish like jb weld, but seems really strong. Sorry if I sound like a pitchman. I'm just a little excited about this product. Just wanted to share cause I feel like it will come in handy when fixing up kayak gears or other stuffs.  Now, I'm gonna try it on my broken  car door handle.

How did you know it is only $12? Plus, I have the glue already. Might as well give it a try

Macgyver would say screw the new handle...go with Q-Bond.   :smt005    Jk

I think the door handle will hold but will eventually break again after a little time...who knows, prove us wrong!
