I hit it about 9:45 am…

 Solid….

Sold out… Traffic….   

I know Richmond surface streets and tired side roads…  Don't…   

It's a mess,  Maybe just my luck , but there were no accidents… Just a lot of people in cars…  Took me an easy hour and a half to get from 23rd to the Bridge…

He came throughout this area around 12:30 yesterday with no problem…
