Planning to hit the Delta this weekend with buddy on kick boat pontoon, I used to launch in Russos Marina and it cost $10.00 (easy access Franks Tract) does anyone knows a good bass hole that has free launch. THANK YOU.

Yester had a Fish n Chill earlier this month at the Clarksburg boat launch. That is a free launch and there are lots of rock walls for bass. I think everyone caught fish that day including me (very rare, lol)

If I remember correctly, Sugar Barge charges 5 bucks if you do not drive down the ramp but carry your craft.  And that puts you right next to the opening of Franks Tract.  I might be wrong, it might be 10, but it puts you right there next to Franks.
