squid ink is one of my favorite flavors and have used it a lot in my cooking, stuffed squid brasied in its own ink is awesome, used to make black pasta, awesome, squid ink paella/fideo, killer. it is an expensive ingredient, but well worth it, gives a wonderful brininess to food, cameron
