Tapatalk or forum ads

I keep seeing a Chevy ad pop up while using tapatalk on my android phone. 

Is this tapatalks way to look like a thread or is it coming from the forum site.

Yeah,  I just started noticing that.  It's not a pop up per se, but it is a tapatalk injected ad.

Where are you guys seeing them? I'm on Tapatalk for four different forums almost every day an have never seen one.
Could it be the settings? Or are you using the new or old or free or bought version of tapatalk

Or does my phone just suck and can't get pop ups? iPhone 4s. 3G version.

I've noticed the Chevy ad twice on this forum.

Only seeing on my android phone.  Newest free version of tapatalk. It looks like a regular tread but has blue arrow in upper right corner where normal thread count is.
