Its new but doesn't have the tag.thats how I bought it but has the warranty plastic in plastic on the handle.this is the newest version of yhe tescata lineup its similar to the trevala s.would like to get 100$ the retail is 149$ i think.but will consider reasonable offer.if you'd like to have someone pick it up I have no problem with that but you would have to do the foot work
