Love fish tacos. What is your favorite fish recipe?
You can't catch em sitting on the couch!

Just finished some bass tacos that were fried (not healthy but yummy).... soaked in a Pacifico then dipped into a dry mix of Dixie mix, Slap Your Momma mix, cake flour and some Panko. I love Tortilla Factory White Corn, homemade salsa, cabbage, little extra sharp cheese and a secret sauce made with sour cream, dill, cumin, pepper, and chili powder. Really never had a bad fish taco that is from fresh fish.  :smt003

I like them baja style. Batter-fried in a semi-crispy corn tortilla with chipotle creme, pico de gallo and shredded cabbage.

I use Krusty's pancake mix but use beer instead of water to make the batter and fry.  YUM!
