Hey guys/gals. Was curious if anyone ever fishes for halibut or sanddabs that would be accessible by yak. Going tomorrow crab fishing was looking to do some fishing while the crab pots are soaking. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :smt006

Someone radioed(ch.69) that they had caught "a sand dab" during Crabfest, I'm not sure who or where. FF marks lots of fish out there and the dredged channel should be appealing to surf perch at least and I would think halibut. But, consensus seems to be that fishing in BB is a waste of time. Anyone?

Inside Bodega Harbor I don't know but out in BB I caught a halibut just a few weeks ago dragging a frozen anchovie around so give it a try.  The halibut live anywhere it' wet!
