Speargun question

I was interested in knowing the difference between a rail gun and a speargun?

A railgun is a pipe-style speargun that has a full rail on the barrel supporting the shaft.

For example - Rob Allen, Mako, and some models of european brands like Omer, Sporasub, etc.
