Folsom Lake 2/17/14

FYI: Folsom top water temp 2/17 was 54 degrees. Seemed like there were isolated bass in the open now and then in 15' or less of water.  Many schooling fish seen on the probable thermocline 35-40' deep.
The water is up considerably and shore access is easy since the mud is mostly back underwater and the shore is firm.
The last ramp off the Douglas entry has water halfway up it...an increase of about 20 vertical feet from the last time I was there.
