Thanks Howard!  I've never tried Win8, even when I worked for MS and they tried to force everyone to use it  :smt044  Sounds like the same basic thing though.

Al - Thanks for the tutorials!  It seems to have helped me a bit, but it gets confusing trying to keep up with all the bad stuff!   :smt009

Al, your a genius!  Thanks for the tutorial!  Sadly this laptop I'm on currently is a work laptop, and it has Mcfee, which didn't help one bit a few months back when my browser got "Hijacked" Was IE9 then, had to install malwarebites to remove the nasty crap, then update to IE10.  so now I keep malwarebites on a usb stik and if this laptop ever gets hijacked again, I have the rescue close at hand.  If I can't fix issue, I have my IT department to, and sadly when I get the laptop back it has IE9 on it again!  WTH?  Maybe one day they'll upgrade their crap!
Point being I'm not supposed to use any other anti-virus stuff other than what's loaded on this thing from them(IT)
So the items you listed will help!
Thanks
