Some safety issues with them and weights are all custom

Shark_bait wears a weight vest and it works good for him.

I would love to try one.

Andy, Keli's Ocean Sport in Concord has that weight harness you're looking for and the price is $134.95 for 7 kg. (15 lbs.). Give them a call.

Andy,

Before you buy, I have a set you can borrow to try out.

Why do you want this kind of belt?  I'm just curious.  I bought it for lower back pain, but turns out it wasn't my traditional weighbelt that was causing the pain.

Nate , I don't like the way my belt slips on me. I am constantly hicking it back up,I have also tried the rubber one with the same problem. Figured id try the chest belt. Id love to try your first. Lets dive next weekend>???

Andy, I won't be diving for a while.  I will try to get it down to you via the NCKA railroad.  Maybe I can send it down to the forebay event.

What kind of rubber belt did you use?  There are only a couple belts that are suitable for Norcal dive weight requirements (heavy).  The thinner or more elastic belts won't be able to hold the ~20lbs of weights too well.  The RA belt is thicker and stiffer and works well for me.
