Need to "install" a level pad in the backyard for a 12' diameter above ground pool for Little E. Last year a few of the feet on the support frame sank a bit as water splashed out so the pool became uneven but didn't collapse. I'm envisioning a 12' interior diameter cement circle that is 18"-24" wide and LEVEL to support the feet. . .or any other suggestions. Manufacturer says no sand base so that's out. Help!

How many feet does it have?
You could just dig a few inches of soil and double stack pavers for each foot.
That way when she outgrows the pool it's an easy removal and repair.

Won't sloshed water sink the pavers, too? Or the weight of the pool crack pavers? Pavers are an ideal solution--one that I can do myself--if they will last several seasons. Any thoughts?

I used to do concrete for a living and I think the pavers should work. they may sink a little but not to make a difference IMO.

That's good news, Sarge. Pavers it is. Besides, with the impending water shortage, Little E might not have enough water to splash in anyway!
