made it up to stumpy meadows on new years day
maiden voyage for me and the yak
did not catch anything but had a great time, I was trolling a spoon..it was glass. buddy on the shore lost a couple nightcrawlers but was also skunked
a few fish were breaking the surface and there were still
bugs on the surface... it was t shirt weather, it usually is packed
with a couple feet of snow this time of year but with this weird weather you can take advantage of the extended season.
also because of low water, most lakes up here are low and no
larger boats can launch so you are by yourself.

Nice glassy water.  Thanks for sharing your maiden voyage with us Tommy.

Love that glassy water.  Great shots. Thanks.
I've never fished there. I'll have to give it a try.
