I have a tendency to drag my revo all over the place.  Finally after three years of abuse, the underside developed a leak.  I didn't realize it was leaking until Albion--I had taken in about a gallon of salt water.  My emergency patch lased a couple of months until my last trip to Doran, where I drug it over rocks, and it popped off.  I ended taking it to CCK in Oakland and JT just happened to have lots of Mango plastic (from a damaged AI)  So for 20.00 I'm back in action.

I just bought the large WheelezZZ last month and I won a set at Simply Fishing.  I gave them back and Don won them.

As I don't use my OB as much as I'd like to, when I do and have used it, I noticed that the way I load it into my trucks bed, that the tail end does drag a bit.  I temporarily fixed that by laying a down a towel on the surface where the kayak's end was touching, (Doubled over for thickness) and eventually tried a carpet remnant.  Liked the towel better, so that's what I use now.  I also, added a small square of hot glue on the most exposed (Scrapped section) maybe 2"X 3" up to 1/4" thick or so just to protect the hull a little longer.

They do on the paddle boats just not the Peddle yet... Cant be a hard change... I was hoping the 2014 would have the guard.

Thanks again Raydon and Ruben.

Any body use Pereguard or Keel Eazy?

I have the Keel Guard on my boat and works really well. Just not sure if the above would affect performance of our Hobie.

I have KeelEazy on the hull of my Hobie Pro Angler, Dan from Headwaters installed it.  It has held on for at least one, maybe two years so far.
