So, i've been tinkering with TinkerCAD and 123D Catch (couple of my companies products). 
I just got a Raymarine dragonfly and am installing it on the AI. 
I hated the huge base that thing has, and was going to have it on RAM arms anyway...

So, i thought i would play!
I used a cutting board to create a prototype base.  Then took a MILLION pictures of it. Loaded them into 123D catch, then stitched them, next on to TinkerCAD to adjust and 3D print in ABS Plastic. 
The arms are slightly beveled and angled in towards outside to conform to the finder head.

Waiting now for the print to finish. Then bolt the RAM base on, and away we go
